For the past few years, Hayden has lived and breathed Zea. He has been the driving force behind transforming a family project into a thriving business that impacts thousands of people throughout the world. It is Hayden’s personal mission to develop pure, Australian made products that positively impact both people, and the planet. When he is not working and talking about Kunzea, Hayden enjoys getting outdoors, spending time with his little family.

Since Jade joined the team, Zea has grown from strength to strength. Smart strategy, big picture thinking, and analysing numbers are the things she loves doing the most (and of course, being a new mama!). With a background in business development, entrepreneurialism and coaching in the corporate, not for profit and entrepreneurial sectors, Jade brings with her over a decade of experience in GM and Founder roles.

With 25+ years experience in the natural health industry, Michelle has dedicated her life to helping others embrace the therapeutic benefits of nature. Throughout her time as a health practitioner, she has used and recommended countless traditional and conventional treatments to her clients - as she believes an integrative approach to health and wellness. Bianca has over 20 years experience in health and wellness retail and education. She is a clinical naturopath, life and stress coach and award winning product developer. Bianca is determined to see Zea establish itself as the leader in organic therapeutics, and make positive lasting change to every household.

Ruwi de Silva is our exceptionally talented in-house graphic designer who brings our Zea visuals to life. From product packaging to expo backdrops to in-store materials and more, Ruwi takes care of it all! With a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design with Honours and over 10 years design experience working for both large global organisations and small local businesses, Ruwi provides authentic originality to effectively (and perfectly!) capture the essence of Zea.

Kaylin initially joined Zea as a Marketing Intern and transitioned into her current role as Zea's Marketing Coordinator. She recently completed a double degree in Bachelor of Commerce and IT at Monash University, majoring in Marketing and Business Information Systems. Kaylin assists the marketing team with various duties and tasks. Outside of Zea, Kaylin can be found at home with a good movie or grabbing brunch with some friends!

Marsha joins the Zea team with over 15 years of customer service and sales experience. The things she loves most about her role include building rapport, finding solutions and making sure all our customers are happy. Marsha and her partner have one daughter together and she is also a stepmother to two children. She enjoys weekends away and adventure hikes with her family and is always game for learning new recipes.
