Women's PMS Support Blend: Apply to the lower abdomen and pulse points 2–3 times daily during the days leading up to and during your cycle. Balance Lifestyle Blend: Add 4–6 drops to an aroma diffuser or oil burner. Alternatively, dilute with a carrier oil and apply to pulse points. Hip & Back Heat Wrap: Heat in the microwave on high in 30 second intervals (1–2 mins total depending on wattage). Check temperature before applying. For cold therapy, place in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least 2 hours. WARNINGS: External use only. Avoid eye contact. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply heat wrap directly to skin if too hot. STORAGE: Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
