It is the closest oil in the Zea Essentials Range to the traditional Four Thieves Oil, that comes from a long-told historic tale of four thieves during the 15th-century plague who used Clove, Cinnamon and other botanicals to protect themselves from terrible diseases.

I purchased this product along with the Magnesium Spray for my mum, who has struggled for 30-plus years to get a decent night's sleep. She has tried so many products, including the highest dosage of melatonin that cost $190, and nothing worked. I can 100% assure you that finally, she has been getting a full 6-hour block of completely restful sleep since starting the oil and spray combo; it's been absolutely amazing. The combo of the magnesium spray used on her legs (10 sprays on each leg below the knees) and the Calming Lifestyle Blend essential oil is a game-changer. It took a couple of nights to kick in, so to speak, but it really worked. I would recommend the Calming Lifestyle Blend essential oil and Magnesium spray product combo to anyone having serious sleeping problems. It's not easy to learn something new and start studdying at 40. So I went looking for a way to help me focus and found this product. I dab the tiniest about on my temples and I can focus for longer. The smell is nicely balanced too.
