4-Step Natural Pain Relief Routine

The 4-Steps are as follows:

These multi-purpose products work in harmony to relieve various everyday ailments throughout the body.

Start by applying 2-4 drops of [Kunzea Concentrated Massage Oil] to the source of the pain. It has been specifically formulated for treating acute conditions and localised areas of discomfort throughout the body.

Then, directly follow up with a few grams of the [Kunzea Pain Relief Cream] to rub it in and reach large areas of the body. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread or absorbed. It has been developed as our signature product for muscle, joint, mild arthritis, and mild nerve pain. It is the best-selling product in our Zea Relief range.

Follow it up with 1-2 applications of [Magnesium Oil Topical Spray]. This provides the magnesium with a temporary barrier to the skin and will slow down the absorption and reduce the likelihood of a tingling sensation or itchy skin. Topical magnesium is a great addition for relaxing the muscles and assisting with sleep.

And as a bonus step 2-3 times per week, for full-body relief and relaxation, we have included Kunzea Bath Salts. An invigorating blend of Kunzea, Lavender, Magnesium and Macrobiotic Sea Salt. It will help replenish the minerals and nutrients your body needs to live a full and active lifestyle. Kunzea Concentrated Massage Oil (30ml): Apply 2-4 drops to the affected area, 1 to 3 times per day or as required. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread and absorbed. Kunzea Pain Relief Cream (100g): Massage a few grams gently into the affected area 2-4 times daily or as required. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread or absorbed. Magnesium Oil Topical Spray (200ml): Spray directly on the area of concern. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread and absorbed. Repeat 2-4 times per day, or as required. Kunzea Bath Salts (800g): For a bath soak, add ½ cup (or a handful) to a bath and soak for 20-30 minutes to reap the full benefits. For a foot soak, fill a large bowl with enough warm water to reach your ankles and mix in ½ cup of bath salts. Soak for 15-20 minutes while listening to some calming music. For a body scrub, grab a handful of salts and rub them directly onto wet skin, let them sit on the skin for a few minutes, and then wash them off. WARNINGS: External use only.
